UG Worker PDF have dashed line but NX haven't.

Hi, 

UG Worker a assembly PDF have dashed line after drawing Save As but NX haven't. 

Worker Log; 

"ug2pv Error:59030: Number of component parts with error status on open = 2

....

ug2pv Warning: Child lost connecting to Parent."

File sync is off in wvs.properties. Why it can be this? What is the solution?

These articles are not suitable for this case because we cannot increase revision or iteration in the assembly. (Our customer's request)
