Unable to configure Enumeration Access for Non-Administrative Users

Hi All,

 

I referred to https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/wc110_hc/whc_en/#page/Windchill_Help_Center%2FWCClassAdmin_TypeMgrGlobalEnumNonAdminAccessEnable.html to configure Enumeration Access for Non-Administrative Users  however couldn't succeed.

 

Can anyone assist with this?
