Unable to do a set state?

I am not able to do a set state

Reboot your Windchill and DB servers!

How often do you reboot them?

I find that by rebooting every day, I seldom get issues where Windchill will not do its task.

I do not run 24/7 so I do have a large window for reboots and do them at 5AM with the first users coming in between 6 and 7.

we have scheduled reboots twice in a week.
