Unable to search promotion request based on the attached objects

Hi

I have created two documents (123.doc and 456.doc) and attached to a promotion request.

Now the state of my both documents are changed to "under review".

I am unable to search the promotion request by 123.doc. search result returns as zero results.

But I am able to search the promotion request by 456.doc.

Both the objects are attached to single promotion request 04185

Any ideas are welcome.

It looks like the name of your promotion request includes the 456.doc but not the 123.doc which is why searching by keyword 456 works and 123 does not.

Yes. I noticed that point.

If I select multiple objects in promotion request, the name of promotion request includes any one of the object.

With all due respect, I disagree that your post as an accepted solution.

Still the search results are not considering the objects in promotion request.

Do you use Solr? index search?

If so the indexing is not finished yet or there could be trouble with indexing of the correct key words

Hi

Index search is enable by default.

This kind of problem exist with almost all promotion request with multiple objects.

How do we know whether it is a index problem or not.
