Upgrade from WGM M050 to M070

I've downloaded the files for the M070 WGM client, but there's no .exe or any way to install it. I just want to install this version of the WGM on my desktop to test compatibility of Solidworks 2009 with Windchill in preparations to begin migrating to the new software.

Setup.exe located in MED-60707-CD-090_M070_zip\CLIENT\Disk1\InstData\Windows\NoVM

you must install wgm through windchillInstaller disk
