Hi Guys,

I have a few changes to User creation like the below image adding the new attributes, but the alternative user does not work. Whatever I entered didn't save in attributes.

Hi @Amirtharaj_K 

Check if the Alternate user name has a datautility defined - userDataUtility

If you remove the attribute from the UI then you need to redefine the DAtAUTILITY when you add the attribute back to grid UI

I didn't know where i can get the "Data Utility ID", can you brief more on that.

Check create and edit layout in the type and attribute management.

I apologize for the delayed response, Thanks for your Support. It's working now.
I have one more doubt about the creation of new/edit users. Is it possible to set a default postal address input value or utilize a drop-down list?

The type attribute management allows you to set the default value 

but in some cases the default value is not set because it is leaded from rbInfo configuration.
