See attachment for the message he gets when he attempts to check the drawing in.
One of our lead CAD Designers says that it makes no sense that it would be looking for a pdf in order to check in a drawing. Use did say that he added a second sheet to the drawing so that would be the reason for the B revision.

Check the attachments on the drawing. I have seen this message before when the drawing in the workspace contains an out of date PDF attachment. If your system is configured to create a new PDF of the drawing during check in publishing, you can remove all the system generated PDF attachments and then try check in again.

We are observing this issue too. It is our guess that it is related to publishing of workspace drawing. The pdf doesnt make it to server vault.

It ended up that the PDFs were outdated and the user had to end up downloading the old PDFs to his Desktop. Then under Actions/Edit Attachments it allowed him to Import those attachments from his Desktop. It then allowed him to check the drawing in.
