Users are not able to login after rehosting

Hi all,

We have rehosted the machine but users are not able to login in Windchill. Only wcadmin is able to login.

WTUser table exists in DB,. We dont use ADS.

Are you able to login with other user using command from windchill shell

windchill wt.auth.Authentication

Its your LDAP most likely.

Did you reconnect the configurations in your LDAP to point to the new target system? We had that issue to begin with in our rehost.

No I dint try this step. Anyway I will try and let you know.

By the way I am able to search all the users from "Principal Administrator" but I am not able to change the password.

I changed the password from LDAP and logged in with this new password and its working fine.
