Using Intralink at home and loosing connection to company network.
We have a couple users who are working from home and using Intralink and ProE. The users VPN in to the network from home and launch Intralink and login. They launch ProE and begin to checkout drawings and begin their work.
At some point, Intralink will get logged off or lose its connections to the company network. When the user tries to perform and update or check a drawing back in, they cannot. They have to exit Intralink and login again.
I have not found any timeout settings or stay-alive settings in Intralink. We are running Intralink 3.4.
