Vault Host creation Issue

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.2.0

Our intention is to configure external vault. That whenever we upload content files it should be uploaded in different system instead of default/current system.

When trying to create new Host , its shows error "Create mount for root folder "defaultsystemrootfolder" failed. Nested exception is: wt.util.WTException: Mount status cannot be determined"
I followed this Article "https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS351880" but didn't work.

What does your logs show? There should be a more detailed error there.

Can you collect Windchill logs with below loggers set to TRACE ?
