After reading and watching the videos in https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article?n=CS241583 I have created a new versioning scheme put used the same numbers and letters as the OOTB versioning scheme, just with a new series name and seed names. Portion of file included:

I can create Documents just fine, but creating CAD parts or WTparts in Windchill, gives an error when finishing the form. The error message is: Cannot create "Series Sort Value” has been created.
Is the versioning scheme wrong because I have the same values as the OOTB scheme?
I tried loading a versioning scheme with just my series and seeds, but PTC said you must leave the OOTB series and seeds in the file.
This is a new install so any files entered have been for testing only and can be deleted. I know the restriction on changing the versioning once objects have been created.
