Visualization License turns off Rename
I have users that are in need of renaming documents, but the Rename is not visible in the Actions pull down? After investigating I see that the Visualization license has the Rename turned off (see attached). My users need this license to use Creo so not sure how to allow both?

The 'Creo Data Management and Visualization' license only **adds** the ability to use Creo with Windchill. All of the other core Windchill capabilities need to come from another license. Typically, this would be something like 'Windchill Base' or 'Windchill Advanced'. Make sure your users are in both of these license groups.

Thanks for responding Tom,
My Creo users are in both the Advanced and Visualization profiles so they can use Creo. When my user account was in both, I could not see Rename, but when I removed my user from the Visualization profile I all of a sudden could see Rename in the Actions pulldown. Looking at the Visualization profile, the rename is hidden?

When you view the 'Creo Data Management and Visualization' license, do you see any standard profiles applied beyond just the out-of-the-box license profile?
