When we have a top level folder displayed, there are 3 areas that we can use to filter/search the results. In the upper right, Windchill will search the entire system. On the left is a Search in selected folders box. Both of these require a wildcard (*) before and after a string to return results. On the right is a Search in table box which does not require wildcards to filter the results.
We had one user who swears on an older version the Search in selected folders did not require wildcards but in Windchill 13.0.2.0, it does.
Any insight as to why the one search works without wildcards and the others require them?
