WTPARTUASGAELINK Migration

I'm Trying to migrate Non Windchill source Part to Windchill WT-Part, while trying to load the usage link Found out this

akshay_r_0-1743491704616.png

bit confused which one to use to migrate the links, I know that EPM and WT-Part has Usage Link.
While stagging wbmldr tries to check all the above-mentioned tables.

Hi @akshay_r

From your description there is no information what is the problem?

Any error from a log? method server log what ever.

There are several articles describes some troubles with migration and wbmldr command.

CS416422 - Error encountered when using "wbmldr -s WTPart" command in Windchill Bulk Migrator

CS394993 - "wbmldr -r wtpartusagelink" fails in Windchill Bulk Migrator

Hi @akshay_r

The WTPART means that it is usage link for a WTPart type

for the EPMDocument there is a different usage type wt.epm.structure.EPMMemberLink

PS>there can be an another link type between the EPMDocument and WTPart and it is usually EPMBuildRule link.

akshay_r_0-1743502306163.png

I found these table for WT-Part on this which one needs to be used, is there some explanation for the table names with number?
(eg:)WTPARTUSAGELINK__808787902 why this tables are mentioned with number.
Does WTPARTUSAGELINK__XXXXXXXX , the number has any specific representation on links

Who knows 😄 You could try to migrate the data several times and it is linked with each try.

Try to clean up the stage database before next try.

Also I would advice try to open a case with PTC support for a help with the data balk migration.
