I am trying to see what is available to perform a WTPart to MPMlink Operation where used.   can't seem to find anything useful.

Query Builder would work.

It is possible to create a Actions menu pick that will open a Report and automatically pass data derived from the object whose page the action was selected to act as inputs into the report.  This would effectively automate the running the report from the object's Info page.
