Hello @Brn_The_Admin,
Thank you for your question.
Your post appears has not yet received any response. Also, feel free to add any additional information you think might be relevant.
- Does the issue occur for users with roles other than Guest?
- Are users able to publish DWG files successfully in other contexts?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps or solutions from the PTC support articles or community forums?
You could also refer to this how to ask a good question on the PTC Community, to learn how you could add more context to your topics which can make it more clear and specific for the other community members.
And I am replying to raise awareness. Hopefully, another community member will be able to help.

Hello,
From a process standpoint the guest shouldn't have the ability to generate a viewable. You should have the same ussie for CAD parts and CAD assemblies
A Guest has only limited read-only rights within a context, and it is better to stick to this Windchill Out of the Box rule.
Creating a viewable can be seen as a modification as viewable are used as a reference it should be done under control.
Your PDF should be generated by another userbefore during a checkin or during a change process or a promotion process.

Guest role is just for viewing the content. So a generating visualization is not allowed to the OOTB Guest role.
