What is Windchill fail over on Windows Environment?

Please comment your thoughts and experience on disaster recovery of Windchill on Windows environment.

We use a cluster environment wherein the Apache and Server Master can failover between any one of the 2 nodes. This is our failover strategy. Starting in 10.2 I heard there will be more than 1 Master Apache so that will rock!
