What release of Oracle for Intralink 10.2

Installing Windchill/Intralink 10.2 and see various releases of Oracle available to download from the PTC webpage: Oracle-12cR1, Oracle-11gR2, and Oracle-10gR2.

I assume that I want the latest 12cR1 but would like to check with the PTC Community?

I agree with that, 12c is the best choice as of now. Its been out -( 12.1.0.2) for quite sometime ~  about 1.5 years. Event though most of  the features like CDB/PDB or even in memory database are not supported as of 10.2. Hope later releases of 11 will support it.

if you are doing this for a Pro/INTRALINK migration, you must upgrade your source to 3.4 M060. Refer to this - http://support.ptc.com/WCMS/files/157208/en/10_2_M020_ProINTRALINKDataMigratorCompatibilityMatrix_R25.pdf

I followed the link but it does not mention Source System 3.4 M060? It seems to indicate any version F000+
