Which AWS EC2 instance type gives best performance for Windchill cluster?

We are planning to use AWS for Windchill Cluster, any recommendation on EC2 Instance type which gives overall best performance for Windchill.

Thank you Tom for sharing the document. PTC has done the testing with 50 users load only. In Practical scenario many customers have more than that concurrent users so dont get clear idea.
