Our company use Windchill 10.0 M020, there is a curious problem have disturbed me for a long time.The participant's attibutes like email and organization sometimes loss automatically, and these users showing up as a member of the Site context instead of their proper org.
What will cause this situation happen ? How can I prevent it happen ?
