Hi,
I am trying to update an existing Windchill 10.0M020 installation to include "Creo View" by running the PSI. PSI fails with error message Apache failed to stop..com.ptc.windchill.install.psi.InstallCommandException. Portion of the log below -
I tried by keeping Apache running/ Not running before launching PSI and also removed it from service, but gets the same error.
Httpd.exe is not runnng, I confirmed with process explorer.
http://__Fully_Qualified_Machine_Name__:80 in the browser does not show Apache running
