Windchill 10 - Update F000 for M020

Hello,

I am doing the update of Windchill 10 F000 to M020, but the process update_tool the following error occurs "Tomcat Does Not Appear to be running".

I've been researching theissue and is apparently Authenticating user session. Anyone have any info?
