Windchill 11.0 M030 - switching from one table view to another with no results

In IE, Chrome & FireFox browsers all users are unable to view results when they switch from one table view to the next. For example: 'Open' view vs 'Reassigned' view. Within 'open' view there are numerous tasks displayed, when the user switches the view to 'reassigned' view the results are blank (there should be at least 4 tasks displaying). When the user refreshes the screen (F5) approx. 4 times the new list will finally appear.

Note: The table views were working the day before.

Any ideas as to what would have changed to cause this issue (browser, WC, network, server, java)?

We just migrated to 11.0 M030 this past weekend.

People were having trouble seeing their workspaces or anything else in PDMLink.  We had everyone do these steps in IE and it cleared it up.  Not sure it will help you but it couldn't hurt.

Close Creo if it is open.

For Chrome clear out your temp files: Go to the 3 vertical dots in the upper-right.

More tools > Clear Browsing data.

Change to the Advanced tab then change the drop-down to All time.

At minimum leave the following boxes checked:

Browsing history

Cookies and other site data

Cached images and files

The rest is up to you if you want to clear.

For IE:

Close any open IE browsers if you have it open.

  • Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options
  • Under the Browsing History select the Delete button

At a minimum, uncheck preserve favorites and leave check Temporary Internet Files and Cookies and website data.

Then go to Tools > Compatibility View settings.

There are 2 things to check:

  1. Make sure hydraforce.com is not in the “Websites you’ve added to Compatibility View”.
  2. If the box for “Display intranet sites in Compatibility View” is checked then uncheck it.
