When I check out a document from a project, recently, the header information which our template genereates doesn't get filled out. However when I search for it and open it through MS Office Desktop Integration it fills every thing out perfectly. I get a "save as" messagebox that I never got before as well. Help!!!! This happens on all the windchill users' computers now.

I haev narrowed it down to web browsers. For some reason if you check out something through Pro/E then it works fine, and if you check something out through MS Word it works fine. I've tried IE6, IE7, IE8, and Firefox 3.6. I think that maybe the settings are screwed up somewhere.Any ideas?
