I am looking for Windchill 11 vs Windchill 12 modules comparison. Is there any kind of report from which i can compare both?

What kind of report would you like to see? I don't know if the report exists. I've never found it.

All differences are described in a help center in what's new section for each subversion. 

So if you really would like to see it go throw all what's new section for each version between Windchill 11 and 12
