Hi,
We recently encountered a problem when changing folder permissions. After following the steps on pages 11-16 of the attached PDF, we found that the ID user (participant domain 001_ID) is still unable to upload files to that folder. Please assist in troubleshooting. Thank you!
PS. This problem only occurs with folders under a specific project; the same settings work fine for other projects.
Btw, Can we communicate in Chinese?
Below are the projects experiencing the problem:
Customization_ID/Customization_ID uploads normally, while Customization_Projects/Customization_ID uploads incorrectly.

There is no attached PDF. If you modified access rights, you need to look into the methodserver logs for denials associated with the time of the check in and this user. Also, the error message is directing you to the Event Manager console which will have more details to why the check in failed.
