Windchill Parts of Customize and OOTB session's Performance degradation

Hello.

Is there anyone experiencing slow performance in the tabs such as 'Checked-Out Work' and 'Updates' in the Customize tab of the main session or slow performance in the sessions OOTB in Windchill plm 13 Ver. ?

There are no issues or problems found in the database or Windchill, but the OOTB session or parts of the Customize tab in the main session are intermittently very slow.

The problem might resolve on its own after some time, or it might continue indefinitely. Are there others who have experienced this issue?
