After upgrading the system and configuring the system to communicate through a Reverse proxy (HTTPSto Proxythen HTTPtoApp Server), the system will download files properly for approximatly 5 minutes and then a user will receive an error message popup“There are some system errors occurred while processing your downloading request. Please try later or contact your System Administrator." when trying to download files.
The system will works fine locally when in HTTP mode. Our Training/Dev server is configured the same way through the reverse proxy (HTTPS) and work fine.It does not have this problem. We have tried mirroring the setting but to no avail. Packet inspection on the server and firewall don't indicate any truncated communication. The server is running Windows Server Enterprise 2008 SP2 64bit.
