Windchill Publisher stopped

Hi, I'm having a problem with the Windchill publisher, I've had a quick look inside the utilities / queue management and I'm not certain if all the Publishers should be enabled as a couple of ours seem to be disabled or stopped. Is this correct or should they all be enabled and started ? Any help or tips will be appreciated.

Looks like there may be some trouble with those queues. The ones that are stopped/stopping are the default ones used to publish the CAD Doc/Doc/Part representations.

If you take a look at the Method Server or Background Method Server logs are there any errors relating to the publisher queue?

If ou try to enable/start them do they start up?

If you take a look at the WVS Job Monitor are there any failed jobs? If so, what are the errors?
