Windchill Report for open ECR

I want to create a report template inside windchill to get the person name on which ECR task is currently assigned to(task is pending to complete) and the task name.

Can you please suggest how to create the report template for it inside windchill 11.1.

Thanks for the answer, but I want to know inside the report template where the ECR task is pending to complete (name of the responsible person and the name of task) inside the workflow.
