Windchill Workspace Browser not updating in WF3.0

While working with our sandbox installation of Pro/INTRALINK 9.1, I have found that status of some items do not update reliably. Even selecting Tools-Synchronize does not resolve the issue.
Do you have a suggestion?

XP SP3
IE 6.01
WF 3.0 M220
Pro/INTRALINK 9.1 M220
