I have multiple Workspaces, is there a way to search and find which one of my Workspaces a specific file is in? This is a function I could never seem to find.

This is possible with a report. Following are links to several posts in when someone has made a report available:

I do not believe it is possible.
Although if you are familiar enough with creating reports, you can create one that shows all the workspaces everyone has then also list what is in those workspaces.
Hello,
Yes , it is possible. We have achieved this with Windchill reports. Try generating user reports with user , epmworkspace , empcheckpoint and epmdocument object.

As @Ajit_Kulkarni mention this is definitely doable.
You should be able to create a query report where you simply enter the number and you get the Workspaces the EPMDocument is in.
In fact, you can even create a custom action selected from the EPMDocument’s action menu which automatically generates the query.
I’ve done this before with other reports. Works great.
