We are trying to implement eMDR along with CEM in Windchill. However, since we installed QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (General) initially instead of QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (Med Device), we did not the eMDR types & its data model loaded in the system. When we now try to install Med Device, it still doesn't load the data model that we need though the installation seems to be successful.
It is understood that we need to get rid of the QMS Surveillance and Corrective Action (General) module to get the eMDR types in. Does anyone have an idea of we can fix this? Any pointers would be of great help.
