Windchill generated PDF

we are using Windchill Release: 11.0 M030-CPS16

having issues Creo drawings with shaded views with decals (images *.png)

windchill generates PDF with views grey shaded - Creo export pdf works fine

any ideas?

Open your drawing file in Creo and go to the export window, then check with the settings that your Creo is using for exporting pdf. And now you can compare those settings with recipe pdf output settings. Specially under content tab from creo PDF Export settings > Fonts and make sure you are using the same options in font control setting from recipe file as well.

My setting in screen shot is not matching, but I am providing it just to get directions.

I checked our recipe file settings for Windchill PDF output and confirmed they match my Creo PDF settings

I found if I "max white lighting" in Creo part - Windchill PDF outputs correctly for dwg
