Windchill link results in a refresh

I have some users using IE11 that when they click on a folder in PDMLink  it simply refreshes the page instead of taking the user into the folder.

Others in our system do not have this issue. Everything seems to be the same other than the update version of IE11.

Windchill PDMLink 10.2 M020

IE 11 that has no issue is Update Version 11.0.18

IE 11 that has the issue is Update Version 11.0.20

Java for all users is the same, seemingly stable version for our systems.

My IT dept is telling me that reverting back to the good update version is difficult.

Has anyone else run into this issue?

Chrome and Mozilla do not seem to have this issue but due to other company programs that need IE, IE is preferred.

Does this occur for all folders or is it only for certain folders? Does it occur every time the user clicks on the folder or is it intermittent? Does the link target for the folder appear different between the users seeing this issue and the users that aren't?

It occurs every time on all folders for certain users. Not all users are experiencing this issue.

The same user can log in using Chrome and not have an issue.
