Windchill report for all EPM documents

I have been asked if there is a way to extract a list of all current EPM documents for the entire system, Is this even possible? Any suggestions would be great.

Attached are the sample report to get the list of all EPMDocumetns in windchill. you can import thisreports in Site/Org >utility > Report Management

Query Builder reports have to output to a web page before you can export to file. If you have a lot of results, may not be practical.

Can do one of the following if needed:

- Query the database directly, either the master or regular EPMDoc table, and export from there

- Force the report to run in pre-10.x mode, and choose output to CSV instead of to a web page, using this approach (which we got from Al Anderson ages ago)

With revising a CAD file in Windchill we received the following error:

Cannot add owners that already have an As-Stored configuration associated to a new as-stored configuration.

Does anyone know what this means and how we can solve this?

We have seen this error here as well. Below is from PTC knowledgebase. I was able to revise each document separately.


Revising a CAD Document fails with error "Cannot add owners that already have an As-Stored configuration associated to a new as-stored configuration" in Windchill PDMLink

PTC Document - CS65877:
Resolution - Reported to R&D as SPR 2130886
* Corrected in Windchill PDMLink 10.0 M050, 10.1 M050 and 10.2 F000

* Workaround:
1. Iterate the CAD Document (EPM Document) which averts the error.
2. Revise each CAD Document separately starting from the components
