I am the CAD captain for my FIRST robotics team and we have used Windchill for 2 years without problems. Now our Windchill server says it is offline and I don't know how to get it back online. This started happening in September.
Do you see any errors in Windchill logs? You will find the issues related to Windchill Start in ServerManager and MethodServer log located at <Windchill_Installation_Home>\logs
Are all FIRST Windchill installs on AWS remote servers?

Contact the PTC FIRST team administrators to see is they can help you. From my understanding the FIRST Windchill servers are administered by PTC.
