Windows File Explorer: Can Columns Be Locked in Width and Sequence?

When viewing WC files using the add-in enhanced Windows File Explorer can displayed columns be locked in width?  Locked in my preferred sequence from left to right?

Said differently, whenever I look at my WC-managed files can the default display always look like this:

It does not appear to be holding my widths when I navigate around. It does hold to the chosen view. That part is sticky. I just tested and Windows explorer does not hold to widths either.
