Here is what I am planning on doing in a work flow for Deviation (Variance)
Step 1 Activity - - Step 2. Activity - "Level 1 Approvals" >> Level 1 approval activity have participant roles 1. Quality 2. Engineering 3. Manaufacturing
Routing : If every one APPROVES it goes to next activity . If any one of the user "REJECT" it goes to "rework"
So in that case if I leave the role as “required” in “Level1 Approvals” and no user is selected for that role under “Set Up Participant” task that activity will be reassigned to the “administrator/variance creator”.
I need to make sure if no users are selected for a role under “Set up Participant” task, that role should be ignored.
How can I solve this ?
