WorkerAgent stops when you press reload on the Worker Agent management screen

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.1.0

After starting the Worker Agent from the Worker Agent management, pressing Reload causes the Worker Agent to stop.
Could you please tell me how to deal with this?

Press the Start from the Worker Agent Administration window to restart the worker after the reload.

The reload kills the existing process since it is telling the software that it needs to restart to get the latest changes. If you made no changes to the recipe files, why are you reloading the configuration?
