I recently recieved file for a project in many different .pws files. I need to open the portable workspeaces and get all the files out so I can work more effieciently. Currently I have to search a spreadsheet to find out which workspace the file is in, then I have to load the workspace, open the file, switch back to my server and then check the file in. Very time consuming.
What I would like to do it create a file structure for all the workspaces and extract all the files into folders so that I have easy and quick access to the files I need. These workspaces are copies of the data so Revision control is not a concern as the finish parts will be delivered to the customer for them to import into their system. Using Wildfire 4 with intralink 9
Any help help would be grately appreciated as I'm really dragging along trying to work like this. Thanks!!
