Workspace Save-As fails with java.lang.NullPointerException

A user is attempting to duplicate some files in his workspace (File > Save As).

It fails, and all that is in the conflict manager is: java.lang.NullPointerException
No other details.
Other users can Save-As without issue.

Any advice before I contact PTC?

CE Pro 5 M070 with Windchill Intralink 9.1 M060.

This post is an old one (12 Oct 2011) but was there ever a solution offered..., by the Forum or by PTC?

A user of mine is getting the same unhelpful error (java.lang.NullPointerException) when trying to do a SaveAs in Intralink 10.0 in Wildfire 4's embedded browser. But the SaveAs is being conducted in Commonspace rather than in a Workspace.

I'll be logging this with PTC but I wondered if anyone has resolved this error in the past.
