It depends on how your system admin or IT originally set them up. If it was self-signed, then there are are straight forward commands and steps to run to generate new certificates. If there were obtained from a certificate authority, you need to get them renewed. Generally speaking, this involves replacing the certificate files in your Apache configuration as well as adding them to your Java keystore. What operating system do you have?

Please provide more details to clarify the scope and type of changes...

Are these public/in-house generated or self-signed certs?

Just Windchill or including Navigate/PingFederate certs?

Are the file vaults on another server?

If Windchill only and using public/in-house generated certs...

1. Import new cert chain into Java's jssecacerts.

2. Replace cert files in Apache's conf folder.

3. Import new cert chain into Windows keystore on app server and file vault server.
