Hi

In the MVC Builder Report at URL/Windchill/app/#ptc1/comp/carambola.tools.mvc.builder.report there is a column "Grok" of i-balls which should link to something.

The i-balls images are at https://URL/Windchill/netmarkets/images/details.gif

It links to this bad URL:

http://ah-opengrok/search?q=&defs=&refs=&project=%2Fx-20&path=ChangeRequestsTableBuilder

It probably should be taking me to somewhere like this:

http://ah-opengrok.ptcnet.ptc.com/xref/x-24-M032/Upgrade/WncMigrators/src_windu/wt/series/InvalidSer....

This looks like a config problem. Could anyone explain please?

thanks -- Rick

Hi Rick,

From what I can recall OpenGrok is the sourcecode browser for Windchill. I wouldn't expect a non-PTC employee to have access to OpenGrok but it does seem strange that you would see references to this tool in the UI.

Hi Z,

there are clues in this help page:

https://support.ptc.com/help/wnc/r12.0.0.0/en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center/WCCG_UICust_Pres...

"Files used in this example can be found in the Carambola source tree:

  • src/com/ptc/mvc/builders/carambola/table/CarambolaGraphicalAttributesExampleTableBuilder.java  "
and this help page:
"Customization source code examples are available for download from the following   location: http://www.ptc.com/view?im_dbkey=156765 "
When I have this sample code installed then I will be wanting to configure ah-opengrok.
See wikipedia for info on opengrok:

cheers -- Rick
