Ihave 2 files that are checked out but aren't showing in my Workspace. The event manager said that the check-out failed (server error:"cannot retrieve generic information for family table instance"). Another user confirmed that they are checked out by me. Yet, I cannot see them in the workspace to undo thatcheck out & can'tcheck them back in.These do show up and as checked out in the Library folder list but not in my workspace or in my"checked out work" tab on the home page.
Yes - I have refreshed the browser several times, I've looked atevery display option in the dropdown list for that workspace. I even restarted the machine and signed in again. The parts are not in my workspace.
Does anyone have a clue how to correct this.
any information will be appreciated.
