can't undo check out

Tracy --

You can try a couple things. First I would try adding the two files to your
workspace, then see if you can undo the checkout. If that doesn't resolve
the issue you can have the Library Manager attempt to do an administrative
undo checkout. As a Library Manager you can go to the details page of the
two files, and there should be a "red checkbox" indicating it's checked out
by another user (being your user in this case), and under the Actions tab
the Library Manager can undo checkout. If that still seems to not work, try
deleting your workspace, with the hopes that it will resolve any checked out
references.

If there's still an issue, there's a disconnect between your user and lock
applied on those CAD documents. You will have to have your Site Admin run
the following command in a windchill shell...

windchill wt.vc.wip.ObjectAlreadyUnlockedCleanUp –relock
