cannot gain access to ptc field academy

I am using Windchill Foundation & PDM Release 8.0 and Datecode with CPS M070

Good day,

A colleague of mine is trying to login on field academy for trying to access windchill enablement but cannot access his account thus cannot login. Requesting for assistance on this matter.

I am not sure this is the right place. Windchill 8? Really? I would contact PTC tech support as only they can help with access to those accounts.

You will need a PTC user account. You can then raise a support request using this link.
