create document in folder

Anybody seen behavior as shown in attached? Suggestions for why the difference?

Are you sure the composite OIR is the same? Your PPT did not show the create document GUI, do you have folder hard coded as a constraint normally? Only other thing I can think of is that the actions for New Document invoke different code in pre validation when the wizard UI is generated. An actions report or scanning XML might clue you in whether its a bug or not.

We are on 9.1 M060 and we do not see this behavior. It creates the
document in the folder where I select the New Document Actions menu.
