dont know how to switch on wt parts

I am using Windchill ProjectLink Release 12.1 and Datecode with CPS 12.1.0.2

have prouectlink but need wt parts

Here are the errors that I faced

Check your purchased licences. You need to have Windchill Advanced or higher license to create parts.
