Hi guys,
I'm having trouble understanding the process of publishing files for thumbnail generation, so I'd like some help.
Historic:
On the same machine I have all the following software installed:
- SQL Server 2017;
- Windchill 11.1;
- Desktop Integration;
- Creo View 5.1.
I need to know the order and what I need to install and configure in order to generate the Creo document thumbnails inside Windchill.
I was the equivalent of one day reading about, but I did not come up with a precise conclusion of what I need to do to generate a thumbnail.
I would like an aid because I am starting in the world of PTC.
